quick summary of my findings on the recent crypto summit here in LA (in no particular order):
larger presence of Japanese vendors than in the past,a lot of regulatory and marketing products confirming we are here to stay and the next wave is supported and some longterm investment offers like IRA and also quite a few CPA services which support the whole integration on a tax and regulatory bases ,largest crypto summit so far with strong media presence
BCT https://www.bct.io/?utm_source=icodrops has a good product that in the light of Bloomberg having about 245k members who pay 20k a year licensing fees and this excluding their API rental space provides certainly a upward potential,
POIs: Trilliant,Cryptopal,Bitira-only two companies besides BCT (token sale is closed there now) where i put my money,one is CoinGenius https://www.coingenius.ai/where i found the algo that will make their sentiment measurements in their app efficient ,attractive and mostly a small firm from South America with a truly convincing team called Bitfair - https://bitfair.com/
these guys offer up to 1k leverage on the 250 biggest altcoin pairs with smart contracts that are hedged by an underlying options spread to mitigate risk-the fact that the team had success in their prior endeavors and various other factors were convincing.
One small side note that came to light through attendance of some key speakers was the risk perception i gained through some education on securities versus coin tokens: as a trader the added risk of tokens is obvious since they have an additional "value decrease risk" them being at times directly related to a companies service but what came new to light to me was that regulatory issues in Europe versus regulatory issues in the US is vastly different-as such this risk differs since a US company gets in my view now more leniency in wanting or needing to be timely and as such non regulated presenting themselves in the market through tokens while European ones have a little bit less leeway there-so i readjusted my portfolio risk in regards to exposure accordingly.
